A perfect first step into competition

Join us for a fun-filled Teddy Bears & Tennis Festival at Kings Norton Tennis Club! Designed for children aged 4-8, this exciting mini red-ball event encourages young players to bring along their favourite teddy bear for support as they take part in a variety of tennis games, challenges and activities.

This festival is especially aimed at children who have never taken part in a tennis competition before, providing a relaxed, friendly and supportive environment where they can experience match play for the first time. It's the perfect first step into tennis competitions, helping young players build confidence, make new friends and discover how much fun competing can be.

Halfway through the event, players and their furry mascots can enjoy a special Teddy Bears' Picnic, giving everyone a chance to relax, socialise and refuel before returning to the courts. Parents are also welcome to get involved, supporting both their child and their teddy bear throughout the day. With plenty of fun, laughter and tennis action, this promises to be a memorable introduction to tennis competition for every young player.
